Position: Property Maintenance Supervisor Role

This full-time permanent position requires conducting maintenance inspections and preparing units for occupancy. You will also coordinate with third-party companies and oversee repair and compliance processes to maintain property integrity. Regular property visits will help prevent unauthorized access and damage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare units including furniture assembly and fixture installation

• Negotiate and manage service contracts as required

• Maintain documentation of repairs and maintenance tasks

• Provide after-hours emergency service when necessary

• Conduct aesthetic upkeep and proactive improvements

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in maintenance or contracting

• Clean background check, if requested

• Ability to perform basic repairs across systems

• Strong communication skills for tenant interaction

• Availability for on-call duties nights and weekends
