Lead Hand; Cleaning

SUMMARY

Under the direction of the Team Lead, the Lead Hand, provides onsite direction to the cleaners, in addition to their regular duties. The Lead Hand is responsible for the training and leading of other Team Members, coordinating workflow and the promotion of safe and efficient work habits.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

People Leadership

Demonstrates strong, competent leadership for cleaners to guide them in completing their duties:

 Provides mentoring and guidance to cleaners.
 Coordinates the work of the cleaners.
 Trains new Team Members

Cleaning Operations

• Cleaning duties as required

• Advises Team Lead when supplies and/or materials are required

• Manages keys as required
Safety

 Checks the technical condition of the equipment prior operation.
 In the event of accident informs immediately according to Company procedure.
 Follows Company procedures to ensure safe environment, personal safety and safety of others.

This is a regular, part-time position with a wage of $20.64.
