As a Maintenance Assistant, you will support the Maintenance Manager by executing repairs and performing minor maintenance operations. This role requires skills in plumbing, electrical, and mechanical tasks while maintaining exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out routine repairs on electrical and plumbing systems

• Perform minor carpentry and maintain exterior grounds

• Inspect premises regularly for safety and maintenance needs

• Follow facility policies, ensuring safe working practices

• Assist with housekeeping and handyman duties as required

Requirements:

• Ability to follow instructions in English

• Capable of independently performing physical duties

• Familiar with minor repairs and maintenance tasks

• Knowledge in various maintenance areas including plumbing and electrical

• Must provide a Vulnerable Sector Check
