Property Management
We are seeking an experienced and driven Property Manager to oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, tenant relations, and team leadership. This position plays a critical role in ensuring our properties are well-maintained, our tenants are supported, and our internal operations run smoothly. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising personnel, developing efficient systems, managing budgets, and providing strategic direction to the rental team.

- Supervise and provide guidance to the rental team, office/accounting personnel, and maintenance staff
- Direct, manage, and organize daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly operations of the rental team
- Define team structure, roles, and responsibilities to optimize performance
- Handle HR-related duties for the rental department, including performance management and hiring
- Establish KPIs for property operations; monitor and report performance to senior leadership
- Provide projected work schedules and forecasts at monthly team and leadership meetings
- Conduct property showings and guide prospective tenants through the leasing process
- Manage lease administration including renewals, terminations, and rent adjustments
- Develop and implement competitive rental pricing strategies
- Support tenant relations team in resolving escalated concerns to ensure high tenant satisfaction
- Evaluate building conditions, identify required work, and obtain contractor quotes
- Prioritize and coordinate maintenance and property improvement tasks
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and property standards
- Oversee regular property inspections and contractor performance
- Develop and manage departmental budgets; monitor expenditures and control costs
- Review and approve invoices, track rent collections, and manage rent arrears
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and support financial reporting processes
- Maintain accurate records of leases, inspections, maintenance, and tenant communications
- Ensure properties meet all legal, safety, and industry compliance requirements
- Use property management systems and Microsoft Office tools to manage operations effectively
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, facilities management, or a related field, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Solid knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and construction processes
- Familiarity with landlord-tenant legislation and property compliance standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and property management software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual French and English an asset.

What We Offer- Salary range $60,000 to $80,000 based on experience
