Headwaters Health Care Centre is seeking a Part Time Registered Nurse for the D-Wing (Med/Surg/Paeds) Department. Join a supportive, community-focused team dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.
In this nursing role, you will perform a variety of nursing duties tailored to both medical and surgical as well as pediatric patients. The candidate must have accountability for adhering to Ontario’s Nursing Practice standards while ensuring a high quality of care. Certifications in BCLS, NRP, PALS, and PEARS are required, along with recent clinical nursing experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver patient-focused care in D-Wing
• Maintain compliance with nursing practice standards
• Engage in patient care assessments
• Collaborate with team members for effective care
• Participate in patient education and support sessions
Requirements:
• Must hold a valid Ontario Registered Nurse license
• Diploma in Nursing required; BScN is preferred
• Must possess recent clinical nursing experience
• Required certifications for infant and pediatric care
• Proven record of responsible attendance
