In this role, you will be responsible for assessing individual patient needs, planning effective nursing interventions, and delivering family-centered care to optimize child health outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
• Assess, plan, and implement nursing care for pediatric patients
• Evaluate and adapt care plans for optimal outcomes
• Educate patients and families on health-related matters
• Adhere to the standards set by the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Participate in professional development initiatives
Requirements:
• Up-to-date registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Minimum of 2 years pediatric experience preferred
• Valid CPR certification required
• Demonstrated strong communication skills
• Bilingual (English/French) considered an asset
