Explore full-time Registered Nurse opportunities offering independence in patient care while receiving comprehensive support from a dedicated healthcare team.
We are looking to fill 15 full-time Registered Nurse positions in Ottawa and surrounding areas. Successful candidates will have a nursing degree, valid CNO registration, and a passion for community care. Key functions include patient assessment, care plan execution, and continuous monitoring of patient health and wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and identify nursing interventions for patients
• Monitor and document changes in patient conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for quality care
• Educate patients and families on health-related issues
• Assist in surgical procedures and use medical equipment
Requirements:
• Nursing degree with CNO registration in good standing
• Clear Vulnerable Sector Screen and negative TB result
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
• Current CPR certification is mandatory
• Experience in community care is a valuable asset
