ISO Quality Supervisor

Position: ISO 9001:2015 Quality Supervisor Role
Become a pivotal part of our quality assurance team as a Quality Supervisor focused on soft body armor products. Uphold ISO 9001:2015 standards and drive continuous improvement for superior quality.

In this supervisory position, you will oversee the quality control processes, including inspections and audits to ensure compliance with international standards. The candidate should exhibit leadership abilities and foster collaborations with various departments to resolve quality-related issues. Your strong analytical skills will aid in leading root cause analyses and implementing effective corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise quality control inspections and audits daily

• Ensure ISO 9001:2015 compliance in production

• Create and maintain comprehensive quality documentation

• Lead corrective action initiatives and CAPA processes

• Train and mentor inspection teams on compliance standards

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of manufacturing quality supervision

• In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001:2015

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and QMS tools

• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
