• Prepare, cook, and present dishes.
• Supervise the operations of the kitchen to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.
• Assist in training and developing line associates to maintain high performance standards.
• Ensure food quality and presentation consistently meet established standards.
• Manage inventory control and ensure proper stocking of supplies.
• Monitor staff attendance and call in replacements for absentee team members.
• Assign duties and oversee task completion across kitchen sections.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
• Support the promotion of specials and contests to enhance guest engagement.
• Input payroll and assist with staff scheduling as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and friendly working environment.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef to uphold consistent quality across all dishes.
• Communicate effectively with restaurant and banquet teams to coordinate service.
• Participate actively in departmental meetings and contribute to team goals.
• Enforce food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Must posess a valid Food Handlers certificate.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
