In this role, you’ll provide essential support to Store Management by fostering a customer-centric environment. Utilizing your 3+ years of retail experience, including 1-2 years in leadership, you’ll train new Customer Consultants while creatively enhancing visual merchandising and store operations. Your strong interpersonal skills will facilitate customer loyalty and engagement through effective communication and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer questions and concerns efficiently
• Support visual merchandising and store cleanliness
• Coach Customer Consultants to enhance customer engagement
• Communicate effectively as a role model
• Participate in onboarding new team members
Requirements:
• 3+ years retail experience required
• 1-2 years in a supervisory role preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and initiative
• Positive mindset for continuous development
• Ability to lift products up to 25 lbs
