Take charge of customer service functions as a Front Store Supervisor at a local store. Focus on cash management, merchandising best practices, and team training.
In this role, you will ensure cashiers and merchandising staff comply with store standards while managing day-to-day operations. You'll be pivotal in solving customer issues and maintaining a professional store image that reflects the values of the community. By exercising strong judgment and decision-making, you’ll contribute to an enhanced shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with all store policies and procedures
• Train staff in cash handling and merchandising techniques
• Manage daily cash office and loss prevention standards
• Address customer inquiries and promote the CSI Survey
• Maintain standards of housekeeping and store appearance
Requirements:
• Computer literate with effective organizational skills
• Ability to make decisions independently
• Strong problem-solving abilities for customer satisfaction
• Knowledge of health and beauty products
• Excellent time management skills
