We’re hiring Entry‑Level Sales Representatives to help homeowners book free in‑home assessments for attic insulation and mold remediation services. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain sales experience, develop communication skills, and grow into higher‑level roles. No prior sales experience is required – we provide full training and ongoing support.

• Go door‑to‑door in assigned residential areas
• Speak with homeowners and book free assessments
• Clearly explain the purpose of the assessment (no selling at the door)
• Work alongside experienced team members during training and shadowing

• Product knowledge training
• Field training and shadowing with experienced reps
• Transportation provided during the workday
• Ongoing coaching and performance support

• Performance‑based compensation with weekly pay
• Average weekly earnings after initial training typically range from $900–$1,400
