This role requires a minimum of 2 years’ maintenance experience, focusing on plumbing, electrical, heating repairs, and more. You’ll also be responsible for repairing fixtures and maintaining the building’s exterior to ensure tenant satisfaction. Your ability to diagnose and fix issues efficiently is crucial for improving the quality of life for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repair plumbing, electrical, and heating systems

• Fix windows, doors, and various appliances

• Paint and patch drywall as needed

• Maintain the exterior of the building and grounds

• Identify faulty operations and report deficiencies

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in maintenance

• Completion of relevant trade certification preferred

• Familiarity with hand tools and repair equipment

• Skills in electronic work order systems

• Availability for on-call work and valid driver’s license
