• Troubleshoot and support BAS programming effectively

• Start-up/shut down major building equipment

• Perform water treatment and safety compliance tasks

Requirements:

• 4th or 3rd Class Operating Engineer certificate required

• At least 2 years in facilities maintenance experience

• Strong technical skills in building systems

• Must hold valid driver’s license and reliability clearance

• Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights
