Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct general maintenance across building infrastructure

• Operate and monitor refrigeration systems daily

• Repair and maintain dock equipment efficiently

• Log operational data into CMMS accurately

• Ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required

• Over 3 years of hands-on maintenance experience

• Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting and motor control

• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations

• Ability to train and mentor junior staff
