In this role, you will route trucks, work closely with operation managers, and attend daily meetings to discuss logistics needs. You’ll handle rental ticket issues, assist with external vendor payments, and help balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Your technology proficiency will be key in managing resources and ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Route trucks to various construction sites efficiently
• Attend daily operational meetings with management
• Coordinate trucking needs with the sales team
• Manage rental ticket bookings and disputes
• Support accounting with vendor financial packages
Requirements:
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP required
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Familiarity with the logistics industry is beneficial
• Flexibility for long hours and on-call duties
• Construction knowledge considered an asset
