Position Summary
Case Picker, C shift – Friday to Sunday, 6:00AM to 6:00PM, $26.40 per hour plus a $3.00 weekend differential. This role supports the safe and efficient handling of food for Tyson Foods.
Responsibilities- Pick cases safely, efficiently, and accurately using a handheld scanner with a warehouse management system.
- Move product through the warehouse in a safe and efficient manner.
- Pick and place pallets accurately and within Tyson guidelines to avoid dumps or askew pallets.
- Remove plastic wrap when required before depositing pallets.
- Communicate effectively and timely to leadership when encountering difficulties or discrepancies.
- Follow all safety and policy procedures set forth by Tyson Foods.
- Ensure all product quality, authenticity, and legality procedures are followed and complete annual food defense training.
- Promote a safe work environment and perform other responsibilities as needed.
- Clean as you go throughout the work shift.
- At least six (6) months of continuous work history with a single employer in the last three years.
- No employment gaps greater than six (6) months within the last three years.
- Cold storage experience preferred.
- Three (3) months of forklift experience preferred.
- Full range of motion of arms, wrists, elbows, shoulders, neck, all digits, and legs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods with good balance.
- Ability to push, pull, bend, stoop, squat, and carry between 70lbs and 120lbs.
- May use corrective lenses if vision issues exist.
- May be provided additional hearing protection as needed.
- Must pass a post‑offer health assessment and drug screening.
- Must wear steel or composite‑toe boots conforming to ANSI 75lb PSI rating with a slip‑resistant sole and ankle coverage (boot cost covered up to $100).
- Environment may involve damp and cold conditions ranging from 10°F to 30°F for up to 12hours and powered industrial truck operation up to 100% of shift.

Equipment and SafetyAll personnel receive personal protection equipment and boot reimbursement after probation.
Pay & BenefitsHourly rate: $26.40 per hour (+$3.00 weekend differential). Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, overtime, and bonuses.
