Dealership Accountant

Our client, a reputable and multi-award-winning car dealer group operating across South Wales and Southern England, is seeking a highly skilled Dealer Accountant to oversee financial operations at their dealership in Oxford.

• Salary range of £40,000 to £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience
• Performance-related bonus of approximately £5,000 annually - 31 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays

• Production of management accounts for dealership sites
• Full monthly reconciliation of the balance sheet and accounts
• Supporting non-financial managers with financial insights and information
• Assisting the central accounts team with various financial processes
• Maintaining Kerridge (Keyloop) dealer management system to ensure data accuracy and compliance
• Ensuring all financial activities adhere to company policies and industry standards
• Preparing documentation and schedules for internal and external auditors
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to aid financial decision-making Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Dealership Accountant or similar role within a fast-paced automotive environment
• Well-presented with a positive work ethic and detail-oriented approach
• Highly organised, able to meet strict deadlines, and an effective team player
• Enthusiastic with a proactive problem-solving attitude
• IT literate, ideally with Kerridge/Keyloop experience
• Full UK driving licence with minimal points
