The Tax Manager will be responsible for overseeing all tax-related matters within the organisation, ensuring compliance with current regulations, and providing strategic tax advice. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in tax management, and a commitment to excellence.

Description- Manage the organisation's tax compliance, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and deadlines.
- Prepare and review tax returns and liaise with external tax advisors as needed.
- Provide strategic tax planning and advice to optimise the organisation's tax position.
- Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the organisation.
- Ensure accurate tax reporting and resolve any tax-related issues or queries.
- Collaborate with internal departments to improve tax processes and efficiencies.
- Support the finance team with tax-related audits and reviews.
- Deliver training and updates to internal stakeholders on tax matters.
- Manage corporate tax.
- Lead on pricing and tax reporting
- Work with finance teams, advisers, and tax authorities
- Support audits, tax risks, and business projects
A successful Tax Manager should have:
- A professional qualification in accounting or tax (e.g., CTA).
- Proven expertise in managing tax compliance and providing strategic tax advice.
- Experience working within the not-for-profit sector or similar industries.
- A strong understanding of UK tax regulations and legislation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Commercial awareness.
- Competitive salary ranging from £80,000 to £90,000 per annum.
