Job Description
Ignite is a four‑day, in‑person work‑experience programme designed for Year
12 and 13 students who will be finishing school in September
2026. During this programme you will work on real audit projects, meet Grant Thornton teams, and gain the confidence and skills needed for a successful school‑leaver career.

Oxford Office – in‑person. Your chosen office must be within a reasonable commuting distance from your home.

This programme is intended for students who are keen to start a career in accountancy straight from school. No prior work experience is required. Attendance for all four days is mandatory. Availability, commuting distance, and a genuine interest in business are essential.
