Vacant Property Cleaner
A growing property cleaning company based in the United Kingdom is seeking experienced Vacant Property Cleaners for ongoing residential assignments. The role involves restoring empty homes after tenants leave, ensuring they are ready for new occupants.
Key Responsibilities- Kitchen and oven cleaning
- Bathroom descaling and general sanitation
- Cleaning windows, doors, skirting, and floors
- Preparing properties for inspection handover
- At least 2 years of relevant cleaning experience in residential settings.
- Ability to work to a professional standard.
- Self‑employed cleaners with own equipment and reliable transport between jobs.
- Clear English communication.
Jobs are usually scheduled during the week and last between 4 and 8 hours per property. Weekend work may be offered when needed.
Pay: £15 per hour.
Location:
United Kingdom. EU work permit not required.
