Job description:

A growing property cleaning company is looking for experienced Vacant Property Cleaners for ongoing residential assignments. The work focuses on restoring empty homes after tenants leave, ensuring they are ready for new occupants.

Key responsibilities

Kitchen and oven cleaning
Bathroom descaling and general sanitation
Cleaning windows, doors, skirting and floors
Preparing properties for inspection handover

Qualifications

At least 2 years of relevant cleaning experience
Professional standard in residential settings
Self‑employed cleaners with own equipment and cleaning supplies
Reliable transport for travelling between jobs
Clear English communication skills

Schedule & Pay

Jobs are usually scheduled during the week and last between 4 and 8 hours depending on the property. Weekend work may be offered when needed.

Pay: £15 per hour
