Hospice LPN - On-Call
Ozark, MO

What We Offer:
- Salary Range: $50,000 to $54,000 annually, based on experience
- Company vehicle

- Support from a collaborative, compassionate team
- Provide direct nursing care and procedures to hospice patients.
- Follow individualized care plans under RN supervision.
- Document all nursing services provided.
- Offer education, comfort, and support to patients and caregivers at the end of life.
- Current Missouri LPN license, in good standing
- At least 1 year of LPN experience in the last 3 years (hospice experience preferred)
- Strong organizational, time management, and documentation skills
- Full-time, 7 days on / 7 days off
- Monday-Friday: 5:00 PM - 8:00 AM
- Saturday-Sunday: 8:00 AM - 8:00 AM
