• Deliver exceptional nursing care to patients.
• Utilize strong organizational and leadership skills to assess patient status.
• Act as the service line between Med‑Surg and ICU units.
• Determine the priority of the patient’s problems and needs.
• Develop and perform patient care plans to enhance and improve outcomes.
• Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment.

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessment; analyze data, create a plan of care, implement treatment, and evaluate effectiveness.
• Serve as point of contact for patients’ care coordination throughout hospital departments.
• Act as a patient safety advocate, participating in ongoing quality improvement.
• Administer medications safely, following state and organizational policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Bachelor of Science Nursing (preferred, not required).

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• BLS Basic Life Support or ACLS Advanced Cardiac Life Support (preferred at hire; ACLS required within 6 months of hire).

• 1 year of RN experience (required).
• 6 months RN experience in an acute care hospital setting (preferred).
