Job Summary

The Accountant will oversee the responsibilities below, providing strategic financial guidance to ensure the agency's financial health and compliance with regulations.

• Manage and lead the finance department in day‑to‑day operations
• Develop and monitor financial strategies to support agency growth
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with GAAP standards
• Oversee fiscal management, budgeting, month‑end financial reporting, and forecasting processes
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and general accounting functions
• Implement and maintain effective internal controls for financial processes
• Oversight of grant draws, payroll, bank reconciliations, tax liabilities, W2’s, prep for annual audit

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Proven experience in accounting and compliance management
• Strong knowledge of GAAP standards and financial regulations
• Non‑profit experience, integrity, passion for the mission
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise effectively
