** Summary of Key Duties*
* As an  Skunk Works® Staff Integrated Program Planner, you will lead the planning team for a  Skunk Works®  program  You will develop, maintain, and analyze program schedules, serving as a trusted advisor and modeling planning excellence for the team  You will collaborate across multiple functional areas including engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, production, and quality control  Success in this role depends on strong communication, collaboration, and expert use of program planning tools

  Must be a US Citizen  Must have an Active Secret Security Clearance; must have the ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret/SCI clearance

 This role may have occasional travel to suppliers or other facilities

- Experience with Microsoft Office applications

- Experience with cost and/or schedule

- Experience leading cross functional teams, projects, or programs

- Experience presenting to leadership, customers, or other stakeholders

** Desired

Skills:

* - Active TS/SCI Security Clearance

- Experience as a planning team lead and/or contract planner

- 5  years of professional experience in program planning or scheduling

- Proposal experience

- Strong knowledge of LM Program Performance Management  PPM  Command Media

- Supplier integration experience, performance analysis, and corrective action recommendation skills

- Familiarity with Risk and Opportunity Management, including identification, integration, and mitigation

- Deep knowledge of Deltek Open Plan

- Schedule Risk Assessment  SRA  experience

- Experience delivering project briefings to internal and external customers

- Experience with Earned Value Management  EVM  including Cost / Schedule Integration

- Demonstrated team building skills
