Int. Program Planner-Integrated Planning, Skunk Works Level 2 for the Skunk Works Integrated Planning Team responsible for shaping world‑changing aerospace technology.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Int. Program Planner-Integrated Planning, Skunk Works Level 2 you will deliver high‑quality program schedules that drive mission success across the Skunk Works portfolio. You will partner with engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, production, and quality to ensure every task is sequenced, timed, and resourced for on‑time, in‑budget delivery.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop, maintain, and continuously refine program schedules.
- Analyze schedule performance, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.
- Act as a trusted advisor and champion of planning best practices.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align deliverables and milestones.
- Utilize advanced program‑planning tools to drive data‑based decision making.
Annual base salary range: $63,800 - $112,470 (California, Massachusetts, and New York excluding most major metropolitan areas). Incentive plan eligible.

Basic Qualifications- Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with networked schedules.
- Experience delivering presentations to team members and project teams.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Schedule Performance Management techniques, e.g., Earned Value Management.
- Advanced knowledge of scheduling software such as Microsoft Project, Deltek Open Plan, Oracle Primavera or similar.
- Scheduling experience including Critical Path Methodology and network scheduling.
- Ability to teach others, showing the impact/value of the group’s products and services.
- Lean or Six Sigma training or certification.
- Experience in problem resolution.
- Earned Value Management (EVMS) experience.
- Conflict resolution skills.
- Integrated Master Plan experience.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN. Must obtain an active Interim Secret clearance to start.
Clearance Level: Top Secret.
Additional InformationLocation:
Palmdale, CA. Employment is onsite full‑time.
Work schedule:
4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week. Shift: First.
