Aircraft Electrical Engineer – Aeronautics Company What You Will Be Doing
- Perform electrical load analysis, verification, and validation to support EPS architecture balance.
- Design and verify EPS state diagrams and ensure compliance with airworthiness, survivability, and functional requirements.
- Manage technical supplier interactions, conduct testing, and evaluate power quality for generators, converters, batteries, and associated controllers.
- Develop power distribution switching concepts, conduct coordination studies, and select appropriate isolation protection devices.
- Produce clear technical documentation and communicate findings to leadership and cross functional teams.

Further Information About This OpportunityMUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Interim Secret clearance to start. The position is located in Palmdale, CA.
Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience with aircraft AD/DC Power Generation and Distribution systems.
- Experience with 3DX, CATIA, Solidworks, Pro Engineer, Creo, Unigraphics, NX, or equivalent 3-D Computer Aided Design (CAD) tool.
- Experience with Harness, Wiring, or Cable design/schematics.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment.
This position requires a government security clearance. You must be a U.S. citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years.

Annual base salary range in California, Massachusetts, and New York: $104,500 – $184,115.
Schedule4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week. Onsite full-time required.
