Financial Management - Level 2 What You Will Be Doing You will be the Financial Management Analyst for the Advanced Development Programs (ADP) Program Finance team at Financial Management - Level 2. In this role you will support a multitude of program finance functions, providing essential financial oversight and analysis to ensure the success of ADP initiatives.

Key Responsibilities - Establish and manage program Performance Measurement Baselines (PMB).

- Analyze and reconcile actual costs against budgets and estimates.

- Develop Estimates at Complete (EAC) for program budgeting and forecasting.

- Conduct Earned Value analysis and prepare associated reporting.

- Perform cost allocation in accordance with established accounting policies.

- Control program costs through monitoring, variance analysis, and corrective actions.

- Prepare financial performance reports and deliver contractual financial deliverables to stakeholders. You can translate complex cost data into clear, actionable insights and are comfortable preparing and presenting financial reports to both internal teams and external contract officials. Your proactive approach to cost control, allocation, and reporting enables you to effectively support the ADP Program Finance team and contribute to the overall financial health and success of the programs. Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree from an accredited college or 4 years experience in the absence of a Bachelors degree - Experience in any of the following:
Financial analysis, pricing and estimating, expense tracking, program scheduling, Supply chain management and interpreting policy, and/or purchasing/procurement. Desired

Skills:

- Familiarity with Systems, Applications, Products Software (SAP).

- Familiarity with Hyperion/Accounting Data Analysis and Reporting (ADAR).

- Experience in developing program budgets and Estimates at Completion.

- Familiarity with cost/reporting systems similar to Cost View, Deltek Cobra and Cost Point.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Active DoD Secret clearance.

- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint. Security Clearance Statement:

The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules:

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $60,600 - $106,835. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
