Certifications:

Current BSIS Guard Card Current BSIS Baton Permit Pepper Spray Certification

CPR / First Aid Certification Additional Experience Requirements:

Access control experience preferred

Bilingual skills highly desirable

Ability to stand or walk for extended periods

Strong observation and report writing skills

Ability to follow written procedures and post orders

Professional attitude and strong customer service skills

Reliable transportation

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime when needed is preferred.

What You'll DoAs a Security Professional, you play a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients.

Responsibilities include:

Conducting foot patrols of assigned properties

Monitoring for unauthorized activity or safety concerns

Responding to emergencies including medical, fire, or property damage

Maintaining Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports using a smartphone device

Providing professional communication with clients, residents, and the public

Enforcing post orders and security procedures

Maintaining professional appearance, punctuality, and reliability
