What You Will Be Doing- Facilitating adaptive reading workshops that build foundational skills in phonics, fluency, and comprehension
- Creating personalized motivational sessions that engage students and foster a lifelong love of reading
- Examining student progress data to refine instructional methods continuously and identify actionable insights
- Partnering with the technology team to assess and improve AI literacy tools
- Following pre-scripted curricula or published scope-and-sequence programs
Key Responsibilities
Cultivate a love of reading in young learners
Basic Requirements- Bachelor's degree
- Master's degree or advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of experience delivering small‑group reading interventions to early elementary students
- Capable of assessing reading levels, grouping students, and creating differentiated instruction without relying on pre‑written curricula
- Experienced with AI/adaptive learning tools and responsive to student behaviors within those platforms
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Willingness to work on-site at one of our campuses:

Working with usThis is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position.
