Job Title:
Salesforce & Radiant Logic Integration Consultant

Location: 100% remote

Duration: 1000 hours

Project Scope

• Analyze current integration setup between Salesforce and Radiant Logic (Radiant One).
• Identify and resolve existing integration or synchronization issues.
• Provide recommendations for optimization and improved system interoperability.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including IT, security, and business application teams.
• Assist in documenting integration architecture, data flows, and configurations.
• Ensure the integration aligns with compliance and security requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
• Provide knowledge transfer and support documentation for internal teams.

Summary: We are seeking a skilled
** Salesforce & Radiant Logic Integration Consultant
** to support a short-term project focused on resolving and optimizing integration points between our Salesforce environment and Radiant Logic’s Identity Data Platform. The ideal consultant will bring hands-on experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure data flows and identity services function efficiently and securely.

Job Description:

• Demonstrated experience in integrating Salesforce with Radiant Logic or similar identity data platforms.
• Strong understanding of identity management concepts, LDAP, SAML, directory synchronization, and data federation.
• Experience troubleshooting API-based integrations and middleware (e.g., Mule Soft, Informatica).
• Familiarity with Radiant One FID or ICS.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and deliver results on a tight timeline.
• Integration health assessment report

• Documentation of integration setup and recommendations
