Position: Pressure Safety Valve (PSV) Planning Coordinator (Paradise)

About the Role

It’s an exciting time to join the Score Group team based at our facility in Paradise, Newfoundland, Canada. Reporting to the Sales and Contracts Manager, the PSV Planning Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and maintenance of commercial, production and logistical aspects for all PSV requirements for our clients.

The position will be responsible for a range of multi‑skilled tasks including but not limited to: forward‑facing client interaction relating to project progression, documentation requirements, purchase order management, utilizing SAP (as required) for reporting, planning maintenance work, conducting audits, and collaborating with various teams to ensure effective maintenance execution.

We’re looking for enthusiastic, self‑motivated candidates who can work on their own and alongside our experienced engineering team, solving complex technical issues associated with valve products. Candidates must be able to effectively communicate and understand job instructions both verbally and in written English.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop Project requirements pertaining to Project Management, Integrated Logistics Support, Quality Assurance, Operations, Commissioning, HSE and Logistics to meet Client requirements.
  • Procurement and Project management.
  • Engage with Client regarding maintenance scheduling and in‑house production schedule in conjunction with the production team.
  • Engagement with Client databases, including data entry as required.
  • Managing work scopes for production execution to meet Client requirements.
  • Communicate with vendors to confirm understanding and fulfilment of technical requirements.
  • Coordinate with Score’s Commercial & Documentation Administration personnel to fulfil necessary project deliverables, (i.e. Supplier Document Registers and Change Order Requests, POs).
  • Interface on a routine basis with the Client and suppliers to ensure timeline commitments and specifications are appropriately adhered to, depends on time of project and client‑specific requests‑as per Client needs and requests.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Engineering Degree or diploma from college or university and/or have a demonstrated track record of serving in an engineering or projects environment.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Working knowledge of business processes and functions (i.e., client service satisfaction, operations, procurement, purchase ordering systems, etc.).
  • Communicate effectively and positively with others and be flexible to change.
  • Positive approach to continual improvement and development.
  • Excellent planning and decision‑making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a quick‑paced and dynamic environment with problem‑solving aptitude.
  • Ability to utilize Microsoft Suite including Excel to develop relevant data and maintain applicable file management.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member.
Working Conditions
  • Work in indoor office environment 90% of the time.
  • Workshop environment 10% of the time.
