Currently looking for bilingual French/English candidates, with a background in law (or equivalent studies) to join a multinational organization in Paris in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

The customer care agent is entirely in charge of litigation cases (analysis, risk management, researches, recommendations and advises)
Decision-making on the allocation of commercial actions to end client cases
Supporting internal clients on legal aspects
The agent deals diplomatically with written correspondences
The agent updates the database and manages administrative tasks
Position Requirements
Bachelor, 1 to 2 Years work experience
Ideal candidate

Native/Fluent in verbal and written English and French
Mastery and experience in business litigation law
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Analytical / Synthesis capability, organized, client oriented
Diplomacy, excellent interpersonal skills, active listening
Good knowledge of basic computer tools and specific software
Knowledge of consumer law
