Discovery Senior Living - - Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance and housekeeping duties in and around the community grounds as assigned;
Complete service requests for repair and maintenance of grounds, buildings, apartment homes, equipment and vehicles in a timely and cost-efficient manner;
Repair wall and floor coverings, repair furniture and fixtures, basic plumbing, minor electrical, appliances, painting and refurbishing projects;
Operate and maintain heating and air systems, refrigeration systems, carpet and hard surface maintenance and make ready rooms as assigned;
Respond to emergency calls and on-call duties as needed
