Project Cost Controller - Life Science

Experteer Overview You will lead cost reporting and forecasting across projects, integrating contractor inputs and ensuring changes are reflected in budgets. You’ll oversee invoice processing and support data-driven project control. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate cost visibility and enable timely decision‑making. This role sits at the heart of large‑scale delivery, shaping cost management for critical programs.

Retribuzione / Benefits Set up and maintain project cost reports across the portfolio (Capex and Opex)
Integrate cost estimates and forecasts from contractors and suppliers; support cost estimating

Document and communicate changes and their probability to the business

Oversee invoice processing to ensure timely payments

Assess cost impacts of changes and update budgets/forecasts

Ensure cost reports reflect approved changes and accurate forecast final cost Develop, monitor and maintain monthly project cost reports

Handle ad hoc data requests and analyses; prepare presentation materials

Provide assistance to other Cost Controllers as needed

ResponsabilitàDegree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or equivalent

RICS membership or equivalent

Cost engineering experience in Industrial & Manufacturing, Life Science or Oil & Gas Experience in a team-based cost controlling on large-scale projects (preferred)
Strong ability to balance and organize multiple projects/assignments

Strong communication skills
