DESCRIPTION- Template Creation Process
- Setting up work template
- Adding sections (e.g., cover page, body pages, assembly)
- Production Configuration
- Assigning appropriate press from press pool
- Assigning tasks (print, finishing, assembly)
- Template Usage
- Applying templates during estimate creation
- Adjusting templates based on job requirement
- Strong understanding of print production workflow
- Working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Avanti or similar)
- Experience with job costing, estimating, or production planning
- Knowledge of end-to-end print process and job lifecycle
- Ability to interpret customer requirements and convert into production workflow
- Strong attention to detail in cost, process, and workflow mapping
- Ability to identify inefficiencies and standardize process
- Experience in print operations, commercial print, or digital production environments
