Skills Needed: Evaluation approach and methods:
The evaluation will take a blended approach, working alongside THET team in Tanzania to review, analyse and discuss how and to what extent this Comic Relief funded project realized its expected results.  with a focus. There will be a formative element in that the evaluation will document important lessons learned for THET, Comic Relief and external audiences among health partnerships.

The evaluation will apply the OECD DAC evaluation criteria of relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact and sustainability. The criteria may be integrated in the discussion of evaluation questions, but the relevant criteria should be indicated or a short summary per criterion should be included in the report.

The evaluation will be carried out as a desk study of all relevant documentation including project plans, log frames, reports developed in first phase, reports from extension and health sector plans carried out by THET and complemented by interviews with key informants with Ministry of Health officials overseeing the programme (Directorate of health promotion section and training section) regional and district CBHP coordinators/supervisors and, potentially, some Community Health Workers. Interviews with key informants and CHW will be arranged and facilitated by THET team in Tanzania. The process of developing data collection tools, overseeing data collection, capturing and analysing data will however be the consultant’s responsibility. THET team in Tanzania will support facilitate recruitment of local enumerators if required by the consultant.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject such as Psychology
Must be a qualified counsellor with over three years experience
International experience is required
Have strong commitment to student welfare and student well being
Have a strong understanding of College and University placement requirements in a variety of educational setting including the UK, US and Australia.

Skills Needed: Qualified Social Worker qualification in the United Kingdom.

Skills Needed: Social workers possess and practice the full range of social work values, knowledge and skills required to improve the lives of children in need (CIN) and their families.  They must be registered to practice with the General Social Care Council under the terms of the code of conduct for social workers.

Skills Needed: Registered Children's Home Manager Requirements:
• NVQ Level 4/ 5 in Health and Social Care as a minimum – ESSENTIAL
• Taking the company through OFSTED inspections and guidelines.
• Previous experience in residential care of children ESSENTIAL
• Previous experience running/supervising within a Children’s Residential home with at least a GOOD OFSTED rating.
• Good knowledge of current OFSTED legislations, including the ability to write and implement policies.
• A Clear enhanced DBS Check
• Ability to complete all administrative duties.
Salary: £40,000.00 to £45,000.00 /year (possibilities for bonuses)

Holds certification after specialized training
Excellent decision making, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and researching skills.
Experience with EHR (electronic health records) preferred
Proficiency with computers and medical equipment.
Ability to speak multiple languages will be advantageous.
Must have a criminal background check.

Education
Obtained a degree in Gerontology, Social Work, Psychology, Neuroscience, or similar
Obtained certifications specializing in Gerontology
Obtained a Masteral and a Doctorate relevant to the field is an advantage
Experience
5+ years’ experience in the field of Gerontology, Caregiving and/or Social Work,
