Assurance Partner- Commercial Services

About the Position

We are seeking a growth‑oriented Partner to join our Commercial Assurance practice. This role requires leading audit engagements, managing client relationships, and driving practice growth.

• Collaborate to plan audit objectives and determine an audit strategy.
• Lead multiple audit engagements and manage competing priorities.
• Review and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
• Maintain active communication with clients to manage expectations, ensure satisfaction, and lead change efforts effectively.
• Understand and manage firm risk on audits and proposals.
• Supervise, train and mentor staff during engagement.
• Assess staff performance for engagement evaluations.
• Participate in efforts to grow the practice (business development).

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or an equivalent field.
• 10+ years of progressive audit and/or assurance experience.
• Experience with real estate clients.
• CPA license.

• Master’s degree in Accounting or an equivalent field.
• 6+ years of supervisory experience.
