Key Responsibilities- Generate new business opportunities within an assigned territory
- Prospect and engage companies with 50+ employees
- Build relationships with business owners, decision-makers, and C-level executives
- Maintain an active sales pipeline through outbound outreach and in-person meetings
- Present tailored software solutions that address client business needs
- Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing new accounts
- Support clients through implementation and go-live processes
- Stay current on product knowledge, sales strategies, and industry trends
- Travel up to 25% as needed
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Business or Sales
- Experience in a competitive B2B sales environment with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
- Strong consultative selling, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured, fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and motivated by performance-based rewards
$100K annual compensation package ($80K base + $20K supplemental pay)
