As a Sales Representative, you will drive new business development, build strong client relationships, and help organizations streamline their HR and payroll operations through innovative software solutions. Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business opportunities within an assigned territory
  • Prospect and engage companies with 50+ employees
  • Build relationships with business owners, decision-makers, and C-level executives
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline through outbound outreach and in-person meetings
  • Present tailored software solutions that address client business needs
  • Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing new accounts
  • Support clients through implementation and go-live processes
  • Stay current on product knowledge, sales strategies, and industry trends
  • Travel up to 25% as needed
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Business or Sales
  • Experience in a competitive B2B sales environment with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
  • Strong consultative selling, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and motivated by performance-based rewards

$100K annual compensation package ($80K base + $20K supplemental pay)
