Associate Application Engineer

Activities

• Participate in a structured development program incorporating classroom training, hands‑on learning, field exposure, and cross‑functional shadowing.
• Support sales and engineering tasks under guidance, including testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and customer visits.
• Gain exposure to a wide range of technologies and applications across electromechanical and instrumentation disciplines.
• Collaborate with teams in manufacturing, service, product development, operations, customer support, and sales.
• Shadow experienced engineers and technical sales specialists across multiple U.S. locations as needed.
• Assist in root‑cause investigations, field service, and customer application needs.
• Contribute to continuous learning by asking questions, engaging in problem‑solving, and proactively seeking understanding of systems and processes.

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar field.
• Basic understanding of electrical, electromechanical, or instrumentation principles.
• Familiarity with measurement devices, sensors, or control systems is helpful but not required.
• Strong analytical thinking with a willingness to ask questions and learn.
• Comfortable speaking and interacting with customers.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with engineers, technicians, and cross‑functional teams.
• Adaptable and comfortable rotating across different functions and locations.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
