About This Role

Automated Logic is seeking a Project Manager for mission‑critical data center projects in Texas. The ideal candidate has strong project management expertise, develops plans and budgets, identifies and resolves project issues, documents delays, performs critical path analysis, and delivers progress reports. Responsibilities include improving communication with clients and field teams, analyzing test results to solve design or system problems, and developing specialized product knowledge for diagnostics.

• Manage projects: follow project processes and provide direction to the Project Team.
• Complete projects per contractual requirements within budget, on‑time, and with a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Forecast project revenues and re‑estimate costs monthly to monitor and maximize profitability.
• Assist with managing and tracking overall financial performance: planning, billing, revenue forecasting, A/R collections, and cost re‑estimating for installation projects.
• Track progress and resolve obstacles to minimize disruption to schedules.
• Manage delivery of contracted scope and secure change orders for scope creep.
• Coordinate project materials, use shared resources, identify constraints, and assist corrective action plans.
• Build relationships with sub‑contractors, identify issues, and implement corrective action plans.
• Facilitate project tasks with functional organizations to ensure alignment with overall objectives.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of experience in Construction, HVAC, or Building Automation.
• Capable of climbing ladders or using other lift equipment over 8 feet above grade and lifting items up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to be insured for driving company vehicles or personal vehicle on company behalf.

• Bachelor’s degree, associate degree, or technical/business school certificate or diploma in HVAC, Controls, or related field.
• Experience in Building Automation, HVAC controls, or a related field.
• Experience with building automation software (e.g., WebCTRL) and installing controls.
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP networks, including wireless technology.
• Ability to communicate technical information to a non‑technical audience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $64,500.00 to $. Factors that may affect pay include skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position may be entitled to short‑term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
