Position summary:

The EVAL Warehouse Technician is responsible for coordinating daily packaging schedules, monitoring packaging KPIs, troubleshooting and solving operational and equipment issues, executing priorities, and communicating effectively. The Warehouse Technician ensures that the product is packaged safely and to quality specification, and on time with proper records and documentation.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, company, and departmental HSE&S guidelines, policies, and procedures
  • Ensure daily monitoring of packaging process and equipment
  • Execute daily packaging equipment calibration and operational preventative maintenance activities
  • Execute required LOTO activities per site's HSE&S procedures
  • Track packaging progress during shift and meet packaging KPIs
  • Collaborate with packaging manager, engineer and day supervisors to troubleshoot equipment and propose solutions
  • Provide support to train and develop contract operators through classroom, procedures, floor demonstrations, etc.
  • Elicit improvements from technicians/engineers and implement solutions
  • Assist packaging manager and engineer in troubleshooting process control issues
  • Configure and update operating ranges to ensure high product packaging quality
  • Collaborate with maintenance and third‑party teams for daily instrumentation and electrical tasks
  • Ensure compliance with housekeeping goals, plant organization and 5S stations
  • Provide support to safety and quality incident investigations
Minimum Qualifications:
  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years working in the warehouse
  • Minimum of 3 years of troubleshooting experience (process equipment for solids handling, materials storage equipment, packaging equipment)
  • Experience with solids handling or packaging equipment
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Experience working in small teams to troubleshoot and resolve problems
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication, presentation, interpersonal, creative thinking, consulting, and analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritize work to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines
  • Excellent problem‑solving/decision‑making skills
  • Ability to multi‑task
  • Candidates must have a valid driver's license
