Quality Control Laboratory Technician / Analyst

Pay Range: $28–$30/hour

We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Laboratory Technician / Analyst to support analytical instrumentation, chemical testing, and quality assurance processes in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This position plays a critical role in maintaining product quality standards for raw materials, in‑process materials, and finished products.

• Perform testing of in‑process and finished samples according to laboratory SOPs
• Conduct chemical and analytical testing on raw materials, stock solutions, customer samples, and proprietary formulas
• Communicate test results to production and management teams
• Prepare Certificates of Analysis and distribute documentation as needed
• Maintain laboratory records, logs, and specifications
• Perform calibration and routine maintenance on laboratory instrumentation
• Support R&D projects, process development, and special analysis requests
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized laboratory environment
• Density and wet chemistry analysis
• General laboratory instrumentation and calibration

• Associate’s Degree in Chemistry required;
  Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 2–5+ years of laboratory and/or quality assurance experience
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial laboratory settings preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
• Dependable and self‑motivated
• Organized and detail‑oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
