Job Title: Concrete Journeyman

Location: Pasadena, TX

Pay Rate: $24-$26 per hour (based on experience)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Journeyman to join our team in Pasadena, TX. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in all aspects of concrete work, including forming, pouring, finishing, and curing. This role requires a strong understanding of jobsite safety, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a crew.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and set forms for concrete placement
Pour, spread, and finish concrete surfaces
Use hand and power tools to level, smooth, and shape surfaces
Apply finishing techniques such as troweling, edging, and broom finishes
Follow blueprints and project specifications
Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Concrete Journeyman
Must have a clean background
Must have own tools
FR (Flame-Resistant) clothing required
safety essential
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Strong work ethic and reliability

Schedule:
