We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Power BI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience working with Power BI, strong SQL skills, and a deep understanding of data warehousing concepts. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards, utilizing your expertise in Power BI Service, Query Editor, and advanced SQL coding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions using Power BI.
• Utilize Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service to create interactive and visually appealing reports.
• Work with complex SQL queries, including PL/SQL coding, to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources.
• Understand source-to-target mappings and independently develop code to ensure accurate data representation.
• Collaborate with data architects and data scientists to understand data requirements and deliver high-quality reporting solutions.
• Apply advanced knowledge of dimensional modeling and data warehousing concepts to design and optimize data models.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights, and present findings to stakeholders.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide regular updates, and ensure project deliverables are met.
• Escalate issues or delays to project leads promptly and proactively seek clarifications to ensure smooth project execution.

Core Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Power BI development.
• Proficiency in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.
• Expertise in writing complex SQL queries and PL/SQL coding.
• Strong experience with Power BI Query Editor and data modeling.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Experience in reporting development and creating visually appealing dashboards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in agile development environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with other BI tools and technologies is a plus.
