BIM Lead - Pataskala, OH

Job Type: Direct Placement. Pay: $100,000 to $110,000 Per Year BOE.

• Lead BIM planning, implementation, and coordination for electrical projects
• Manage a team of 5–10 BIM Modelers
• Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project standards
• Lead model coordination efforts including advanced clash detection (Navisworks)
• Oversee BIM deliverables (models, drawings, quantity take-offs) to meet LOD requirements
• Focus heavily on Data Center / Hyperscale low-voltage systems (fiber, telecom, MV, power distribution, fire alarm, lighting & branch power)

• 3+ years in a BIM/VDC role within the Electrical industry
• 2+ years in a leadership capacity managing modelers/coordinators
• Expert-level proficiency in Revit and Navisworks Manager

• Regularly required to talk or hear, stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard for prolonged periods
• Regularly spend multiple hours using and looking at a computer screen
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work
• Light to moderate lifting may be required occasionally
• May need to occasionally travel to job sites

The anticipated salary range for this position is $100,000 to $110,000 Per Year, based on relevant factors such as experience, skills, education, internal equity, and geographic location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process by the hiring authority.
