Position OverviewThis role will be part of a rapidly expanding IT organization as it continues a multi‑year journey to modernize its digital landscape. We are seeking an Enterprise Application Leader to direct the rollout, stewardship, and continual improvement of our suite of enterprise platforms, which includes ERP, CRM, HRIS, EHS, etc.
This role combines leadership with hands‑on involvement, requiring someone who can shape long‑term application strategy while also engaging directly in technical work to ensure our enterprise systems support organizational priorities, streamline operations, and cultivate innovation.
ResponsibilitiesShape long‑term application strategy and guide implementation of enterprise platforms.
Engage in hands‑on technical work to support and improve enterprise systems.
Ensure alignment of technology with organizational priorities and innovation goals.
Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
- Over 5 years of experience with enterprise application implementation and maintenance.
- At least 3 years of management experience, managing a team of employees and consultants on implementation and support of enterprise application team.
- Proven vendor management and contract negotiation skills.
- Experience with custom connectors and APIs.
- Requirement gathering and documentation experience.
- Ability to work closely with business stakeholders toward solutioning of requirements.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with project management software such as Jira and MS Project.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to communicate risk and status effectively.
