Description Falcon Manufacturing, a division of NOA Brands America, Inc., is a custom fabrication facility for sheet metal, tubing, and wire components. Falcon provides economical manufacturing to large volume clients through our highly trained staff, advanced manufacturing technology, on-time delivery, and competitive pricing.

Falcon is looking to add Material Handler/ Forklift Operator to our team.

• Load/unload material from trucks independently.
• Operate material handling equipment as needed indoor/outdoor in tight spaces.
• Load and unload materials between departments within the facility and production workstations with forklift and/or pallet jack.
• Reports to Department Manager.
• May perform other related duties or work at a different workstation as production needs require.

• Valid forklift certificate is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing.
• Minimum 1 year of experience operating forklift.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to meet productivity standards, completing work in a timely manner.
• Ability to thrive in an evolving, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Dependable.
• Regularly lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds and more.
• Energetic and eager to learn.

• Experience in metal shop production.
• Basic Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook).

Somerset, NJ

Full-time, first shift Monday to Friday, from 6:00am to 2:30pm.

Overtime as needed.
