Position Overview

The Human Resources Recruiter is responsible for providing full cycle recruitment of candidates to Hiring Managers through creative sourcing methods, networking and best practices while providing a good candidate experience.

What You'll Do

* Manages the full cycle recruitment process of candidate, including but not limited to, coordination of job openings, development of job descriptions, phone and in-person interviews, background checks, candidate travel if applicable, relocation if applicable, reference checking, offer letters, and a liaison to the Hiring Manager
* Partners and develops good working relationships with Hiring Managers and Department Heads to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood, and candidates are assessed against the appropriate criteria
* Follows up with respective Hiring Managers and candidates in a timely manner to ensure a good candidate experience
* Builds applicant sources by using LinkedIn, researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits
* Manages the onboarding process for new hires, including but not limited to, collecting documentation, I-9 verification, and maintaining records to ensure compliance
* Ensures legal requirements impacting the recruitment process (I-9 verification, background, etc.) are met
* Partners with colleges and universities to source talent for our summer internship program, brand awareness and participates in career fairs
* Manages the summer internship program and continuously updates the activities and events annually
* Manages the staffing vendors to provide contract and temporary employees for Hiring Managers
* Manages the immigration process by working with the Hiring Manager and Legal on employer sponsorship activities
* Trains new Hiring Managers on recruitment and interviewing best practices
* Manages and distributes the Monthly Headcount Report
* Communicates and demonstrates support for HR decisions
* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations
* Performs other duties as assigned

What You'll Need

Education & Experience


* Bachelor's Degree in business, human resources, or related field
* Typically requires 1-3 years of related job experience

Preferred or Specialized

* Prior recruitment experience
* Prior HRIS experience

Basic ability to:

* Work comfortably in a fast-paced work environment
* Analyze, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines
* Analyze and prepare documents, reports, and correspondence

* Work overtime as required
